| 4 | Workshop June 16-20, 2008. To assist you with expenses, we can |

| 5 | offer $X towards travel and subsitence costs in Bloomington. Please keep all travel |

| 6 | receipts, since we will need them to process your reimbursement. |

| 8 | the $500 registration fee. Please confirm your registration no later than |

| 9 | May 15th 2008. If you are traveling internationally and require an |

| 10 | official letter of support to obtain appropriate visas, please |

| 11 | let us know as soon as possible. Note that US law prohibits us from reimbursing |

| 12 | participants who are not US citizens and who enter the USA with tourist visas. It is |

| 13 | your responsibility to obtain the correct visa. |
